Our journey to create Ethereal Pillows began not in a boardroom, but in a bedroom filled with restless nights and the quiet frustration of a family member. For years, I watched a loved one, an elderly family member I deeply cherished, struggle with a basic pillow. I realised this wasn't just a pillow problem; it was a quality of life problem. The pillow they used was a contributor to their constant neck pain and made it impossible to get the deep, restorative sleep they needed. I began researching relentlessly, trying to find a solution. My search led me to the world of ergonomics and memory foam, and to the realisation that a pillow could, and should, do more than just prop up a head.

Inspired by a desire to bring genuine relief to my family, I immersed myself in the science of sleep and spinal alignment.
